How to connect hubspot with GroupExt?

To connect your Hubspot account with GroupExt, you'll need your Hubspot API key and Hubspot account ID. To obtain these, log in to your Hubspot account and follow these steps:

Click the Setting icon in the main navigation bar in the top right corner. Then click Profile & Preferences

Once the Profile Preferences page is opened, in the left menu click Intergrations then choose Private Apps

Click Create a private app to create a new API key.

When creating the new private app, the API must have "CRM.list (read & write)" and "CRM.objects.contacts (write)" permissions.

Click Show to display your key. Then copy your API key (token) and go back into your GroupExt auto-responder settings, paste it there and then click "Connect".

A pop-up will appear after you've completed step 5. Input your Hubspot account ID here to complete the integration.

Once you've successfully integrated hubspot into your GroupExt account, you can go to the settings area of any group (within your GroupExt settings) to configure your hubspot integration for that group. When you click the hubspot button to begin this process, it will fetch all your hubspot lists and you can choose from them.
